Usualy I do not comment re fantasy issues, but this one
seems to have the potential of being dangerous. The
fantasy component is not much smaller then displayed
say in 'Star Wars' (the last fantasy picture I botherd to
see). Just two points from a multitude:

Solution to green house gas problem without mentioning
Atomic power. The one, the only solution that will
work.

Enlarged vaccination schemes, without recognition that
it was vaccination (among others, but prominent) which
produced the 'poor country' syndrome in the first place.
It upset the reproduction/mortality ballance in dozzens
of places where population density had reached the
level that could be maintained by local resources.
