No, unfortunately he's serious as always (it's called 'tierischer Ernst').

'Lasovich' is hui-hole's way of spelling Vlasov. And he probably doesn't
mean Yuri V., 'the strongest man on Earth', but Andrey V., hanged by Stalin
in 1946 for having commanded a Russian legion that fought against the
Soviets (Russkaya Osvoboditelnaya Armiya).

But also Yuri V. is close to hui-hole's heart. That's why his home state
