Well.. yes and no..
The trouble is that some NTTP servers that ISPs provide are limited in
their content, and seem to be unavailable sometimes. But yes, they are
nominally still there and 'free'.

Yes... Outlook..
There are so many security holes in Outlook that it makes sliced swiss
cheeze look monolithic.
And everyday the paperboy brings more.
