Wow, during 15 years latvians became maiority in Jelgava, Jurmala,
Liepaja and Ventspils. In Riga latvians make less then 50% but are
biggest nationality for now so from bigger cities just Daugavpils and
Rezekne are to made yet:-)
Without data in hands I think in "new emigration" % of latvians are
much smaller then others - they have more motivation to stay in
homeland.
