According to the current official Russian position Baltic States were
never occupied,
and it looks like the Russians today are much more ready to buy what
the official Kremlin says than 20 years ago. 20 years ago people like
Andrej Saharov had moral highground, and not only weren't they afraid
to talk, but their message started to come through - the jamming of
foreign senders has been abolished about that time. 20 years ago there
were shows like "Vzgliad" on TV and papers like "Moscow news" that
showed amazing degree of freedom and dealt with the hottiest subjects
of the day. Anyone critisising Putin/Kremlin/Gazprom/etc on Russian TV
today ?

No, of course not, they just won't be allowed to have any money, the
rest will happen on it's own.
