Probably not. Problem (if we must take this as problem) is, belarusians
himself don't sort out, are they a nation or dialect group of russian -
for sure not the case with lLatvia. For sure twenty or more years would
destroy Latvia (and probably Estonia) totally, but result would be not
like Belarus, but more like North Ireland. I don't have bombings in
mind but desperate feel of outnumbered nation.
