You are nuttier than a fruitcake! People have the right to formulate their
own views and interpretations of events. Just because my interpretation
does not agree with yours does not make my interpretation wrong, nor does
it imply that either of us is necessarily looking at things through a
rigid ideological prism.

As to communism, not to mention fanatical communism, you obviously know
very little about it. For one thing, the communist ideology and system
collapsed in the USSR in 1991, just in case you haven't yet heard. The
ideological and economic climate in contemporary Russia has nothing
whatsoever in common with the communism (actually monopolistic state
capitalism) of the USSR, but rather it is virtually its diametric
opposite, being a variant of the each-man-for-himself robber-baron type of
capitalism that dominated in the USA a century ago and seems, in some
respects, to be making a second coming under George W. Bush's "coddle the
rich and screw the poor" administration.

Only in your deluded mind. How, for example, does reminding you that the
lats-to-the-dollar rate is 0.56, 56 santimi being needed to purchase one
US dollar, your ardent protestations and fanatic denial notwithstanding,
serve the purposes of unrepentent Kremlin criminals)? How does pointing
out that the Russian-speaking inhabitants of Latvia are also a part of the
body politic and have rights that also have to be defended in a society
run according to the rule of law and democratic priciples serve the
purposes of unrepentent Kremlin criminals? How does blowing the whistle on
you when you accuse Russia of complicity in everything from the recent
helicopter crash outside Tallinn to an alleged sneak attack on the United
States using weather manipulation that resulted in Hurricane Katrina and
the flooding and consequent destruction of New Orleans?

What is yours?
