John, I read somewhere - think, Bloomberg - that those who pulled the
trigger were SAS trained team, so, if true, - not expected to be your
average police folks. It's a terrible tragedy, but any suggestion about
murder sounds quite preposterous. They made a call, a very costly,
wrong call, but never forget - they are up against people reasonably
expected to go "ka-boom" any time.
