ocean near every major US city.

What will they be disguised as...BMWs?

The various people who just happen to be walking by on the bottom of the
ocean will assume somebody forgot to put in in "park" and it rolled there
and stopped. I would put a parking meter there too...adds a touch of urban
realism.


It seems the only time Washington knows
how to behave halfway normal is when they face the serious prospect of
