A terrorist needs to succeed only once as that those who are defending the

You're one little scared squirrel, aren't you? The terrorist have succeeded
in paralyzing you and they don't have to lift a finger. Your scatterbrain
will do all the work for them. You should get an insurance, too. That'd
surely help, I reckon.
