No - Australia was settled by the aboriginies, 40,000 years ago.

And when the whites did come here, a high proportion of them were not
convicts, they were ordinary Brits who came here as free settlers
wanting to get away from the *** hole that was England.

And you know what - they are still immigrating coming here today.
