Howdy mate - exactly as I use mine (prepaid). It has been great for 10
years, but god help you when they stuff up your account details.

There is no way you can get service from this crowd - and
unfortunately you have to go through the anguish to believe it.

I actually got a call from them earlier today saying that they had
found a software glitch in their billing system which led to the
problem wiht my account.

Pity they didn't find that before they called me a liar and cheat,
accused me of trying to commit fraud, hung up on me and wasted at
least 10 hours of my time sorting out their problems.

Still haven't got my time and no one even had the decency to say
sorry, even though they have admitted that the problem is theirs.

Time for a beer.
