OPTUS - CAUTION

Word of warning to anyone!
After experiencing problems with my Optus mobile account - trying to
rectify the problem is a waste of time.
Optus staff are rude and unhelpful - they assume you are a liar, and
have no conpunction in telling you so.
They will take your money, give no service, cancel service, hang up,
berate and generally belittle a client until he or she will just give
up and go away.
Take my advise:
Use Telstra or Vodafone.
Just do not use Optus.
