1. India and Pakistan have on several occasions engaged in military
conflicts over their borders (1947, 1965, 1971,1999). IIRC Before
the
British colonized the the subcontinent - the subcontinent was the
host of numerous conflicks between hindu and islamic forces
vying for control.

4. It appears that the author of the Forbes magazine story was
asserting that Sanskrit was
well suit to writing software requirements/specification because
Sanskrit grammer prevents
ambigous/multiple meanings. However, poor software specifications is
more often
due to a poor logical understanding of the software problem rather
than due to
a syntaxical grammerical error. Good software design is mainly due to
a complete
understanding of the logic involved - the compiler/interpreter cleans
up most problems
introduced by poor syntax. The choice of what pseudo program design
language(PDL)
being used ( english, Sanskrit) to write the design and
specifications is immaterial.
Forbes is not a computer science publication (Forbes is a business
magazine)
so Forbes error in judgment is understandable.
