Islamic Iran ranks 58 in world for health standards ...

Minister of Health said that the Islamic Republic of Iran among
193 world countries ranks 58 for its health standards. He said
the World Health Organization (WHO) has released the information..
Referring to the measures taken by the government at health sector
during the past three years, he said some 900 health centers, 200
rural medicare center and 100 urban medicare centers have been
constructed and gone into operation during the period, said the
minister.

About 95 percent of the people have now been covered by insurance,
he said.
