Why do blacks touch their nose when they laugh?

they touch the bottom of their nose, or their upper lip.

I have seen it thousands of times.

I would ask one of them in public, but I wouldnt want to offend them.

PS. Its not bad teeth. I saw a guy on TV do it, and he had perfect
