It seems that the prosecution's case just flew out of the window due to
the negative DNA results. There is always a reason not to judge a case
until all of the particulars are in to corroborate or dispute a claim
of rape, i.e., Criminal Justice 101.

If all the DNA information provided by the police laboratory is true,
then she can be charged with filing a false police report.
Additionally, Duke University could file a claim against her in Civil
Court, as well as the young men that she may have falsely accused.
