And yet, the prophet Samuel did not have a problem with grouping all
Amalekites together, regardless of the individual, as evil people who must
be killed, even their wives and children had to be killed (1st Samuel
15:1-3). As a matter of fact, Samuel even commanded that the livestock be
killed also.

Even Jesus did not have a problem with grouping, amd judging, certain groups
of people .... specifically the Pharisees, Sadducees, and lawyers (Luke
11:38-54). These did happen to be groups of people amongst the Jews, who
were collaborating with the Romans. And, just in case you are not aware of
it, Romans were white folks who had colonized what was left of the holy land
of that time.

This is the sort of behaviour which the holy book of Judaism and
Christianity protrays as that of its holy people. It is something to at
least ponder about, and consider the ramifications of. I don't pretend to
know the complete truth. But, I also don't pretend to ignore the obvious.

Your argument is not taking something critical into account. A person is
affected by his culture, his family's values, his social group's morals. The
person can overcome such influences, of course. But, such influences greatly
increase the odds that he will end up thinking, and behaving, as he was
taught by his environment. If there is an argument for judging someone by
the group they are apart of, that is it.

Most white americans grow up around mostly other white people. Most of what
they know of black people is what some other white person tells them, or
implies to them.

>>From birth, white americans learn in a trillion different ways from their
mama, their daddy, uncle Joe, their pastor, their grade school teachers,
their favorite evening and morning news anchor ... that black people are
inferior. Yes, that is what america teaches white people. To ignore that is
to be a willing enabler of the racism which does exists.

All this is just too much for most white people to overcome. How could
America be other wise than what she is ... a nation where white cops can
beat down an unarmed overweight harmless sixty-something black man, in front
of TV cameras, and then physically assault an unarmed white member of the
media, again in front of the cameras .. and yet the cops walk away without
spending a day in jail. As a matter of fact, a spokesman for the media
outlet whose person got assaulted later gave a statement sympathizing with
the poor cops for all they were going through.

Was that not proof positive of an evil system which teaches white people to
be evil .. and in fact, even rewards them for behaving so?

So, of course, most white people grow up to be adults who harbor racist
notions about black folks. This is, of course, evil. Hence, the cry of the
young sister poet ... Me Know They Evil.
