Jeremiah chapter 9 verses 25 and 26 state that God wants to punish the
circumcised.

Circumcised in the heart are people who live in peace, equality,
justice etc.
Circumcised in the body are those who live in hatred, vengence,
violence etc.

You Afghans are circumcised in body only not in the heart.
Also Quran does not advocate the practice of circumcision. It is your
prophet Muhammad who got you into this mess.
