Engagement length...how long is too long

Hello, I'm thinking about proposing to my girlfriend. I met her during
our freshman year of college and I knew she was the one for me from the
moment I laid eyes on her. We have been together for almost a year now
and I'm certain that I want to spend the rest of my life with her. The
only thing is that I don't really want to get married before we
graduate college because I want to make sure we both finish. We both
still have 3 years left and I wasn't sure if that was to long of an
engagement or if now is just as good as any time. Thanks for
