Colleges for MS in Operations research

Hi!
I'm a Mechanical engineer from India. I am applying to the following
universities for an MS in Operations Research. What are my chances of
getting in? Also, how are these colleges in terms of Financial aid and
proffessional placements? Also, if i apply for a PHD, will my chances
of getting in and getting a financial aid improve?

My GRE score is 1460/1600 and CGPA is 3.0 +.Do suggest me any other
University that u think might be good for international students.
