admissions to UGrad theatre BFA programs

Several students in the theatre department at the university where I
work are mentoring area high school drama groups. These students have
told me that the high school seniors have been intently asking them
about the difficulty of gaining admission into the following theatre
(BFA or BA acting) programs: Wagner, Pace, UConn, UMass, BU, Ithaca,
and Emerson.
The high school students realize it is much more competitive than
plain-vanilla-admission to the colleges themselves, and most of them
have already auditioned, but are still waiting for their letters. I
suppose it makes it a little difficult when all their Lib Arts peers
know where they are going.
Any comments on Pace, Emerson, BU, UMass, Ithaca, Wagner or UConn and
the Fine Arts admission competitiveness?

anecdotal info in lieu of hard research!
