Ah, just don't eat anything that requires chewing for a week or so.
Live on mushed bananae. Doing it twice means more anaesthetics (yes,
I'm a coward. I had it done in hospital, with full anaes., including
"OK, when do we start? Oh, we're done? Well, get that thing out my
arm!"), and while they're not directly harmful, they're not
beneficial.
