Confid Interval for 100% inspection of a defect

I wish to determine a confid interval for a proportion based on
testing a specific amount of defective product all in one run. For
example, if I tested a lot of 1,000 defective parts against an
inspection m/c, what would the confid interval be. The sample is
sequential and is one complete sample rather than several individual
or ramdom samples as it is possible to generate the defective product
on demand. The inspection is 100%. Also how does the lot size relate
to the confidence interval? Formula's please.
