Jim Steiger's Multicorr software might be useful to you. You can
download it (and a manual) here:
http://www.statpower.net/
It will allow you to test all sorts of hypotheses about the elements
within your 4x4 matrix, but I think it is limited to doing this within
each of your 4 samples (i.e., no comparisons between samples).

Thank you, Bruce
1.
I have reach the point before
but I don't know to program my hypothesis.
Could you help me, please?
I used that software once many years ago. So I'm afraid I don't have
the fluency with it to help you without spending time I don't have right
now to study the examples in the manual. You could try e-mailing
Steiger for help.
Cheers,
Bruce
