You can do post-hoc tests on covariate-adjusted factors by doing pairwise
comparisons of estimated marginal means with Bonferroni or Sidak adjusted p
levels.
Under options, move the name of your factor of interest from the left-hand
box to the right-hand box "Display means for". Select, "Compare main
effects". And in the drop menu under that select either Bonferroni or Sidak.
You'll get output that looks just like post-hoc test output.
