Gini coefficient

Hi all

I am new for SAS. firstly, I am trying to implement decision trees and
neural network without using enterprise miner (although I have
enterprise miner licence). Is there any way?

secondly, how do i calculate Gini coefficient for both (decision tree
and neural networks)?
