NCSS ARIMA seasons

In the NCSS>Analysis>Forecasting>ARIMA, how many seasons I need to put
in the "seasons" if I have daily data? (In the help section of NCSS, it
says " Number of seasons per year, use 12 for monthly data, 4 for
quaterly data etc," but does not mention about daily data.)
