Adjusted Risk

Hi All,
Does anyone know how to calculated Adjusted Risk? Let me explain this
with an example. Let us consider the contingency table below for the
h-th stratum
Response
Yes No
Treatment
A n11h n12h n1.h
B n21h n22h n2.h
n.1h n.2h n..
Risk (response = yes) for the hth stratum and treatment A is =
n11h/n1.h
Risk (response = yes) for the hth stratum and treatment B is =
n21h/n2.h
What is the adjusted risk (response = yes) for treatment A (adjusted
for the strata)?
What is the adjusted risk (response = yes) for treatment B (adjusted
for the strata)?
What is the adjusted risk (response = yes) difference between treatment
groups A and B (adjusted for the strata)?
Also the 95% CI of the above estimates in question?
Thanks,
Babor
.
