Mann Whitney U test

hai all,

I have to compare log mark value of men and women who are
Glaucoma Patients. Log mar is a Continuous variable.

In this data number of men is 5 and number of women is also 5.


Is this sample size satifies the minimum requirment to do
Mann-Whitney U test.
