Statistica runs certain (all?) ANOVAs as general linear models (in
effect as multiple regression). This means that an intercept is
included. Depending on coding the intercept will either be the grand
mean or the mean for the reference category (probably the former if I
recall Statistica correctly).
I can't think of a case where ANOVA run as regression without an
intercept would make any sense.
