I think what you want is in the paper by Scott and Seber (1983):
Comapring populations from the same survey.The American Statistician 37
(4), 319 - 320.
The formula you want (std err of diff) is:
se(p1 - p2) = sqrt((p1 + p2 - (p1 - p2)^2)/n)
