Significance testing of Dependent proportions

Hi,

I want to do a test in MS Excel which can do significance testing of 2
dependent proportions. I pursued some of the web-sites like (Statsoft)
but didint get anything which i wanted.

(Some time back I got a link from this group for doing significant
testing of independent proportions
