PASS 2002 vs. 2005

Can anyone with hands on experience comment on the differences between PASS 2002 and PASS 2005? I've seen the update brochure on the NCSS website, so I know that 65 new procedures have been added, etc. But it's not clear to me whether the new procedures all that useful, or if they're worth $350 (USD) to upgrade from PASS 2002. Given that sample size estimates are approximate anyway, I'm wondering if I should save some money and order the 2002 version.
For those who don't know what I'm talking about, PASS = Power and Sample Size, sample size software from www.ncss.com.
Cheers, Bruce
