You would do well to read the Sagan book I recommended as well.

Well, it looks like the Mars photographs can be put to bed, then.
The argument given does seem to pretty conclusively debunk the
claim.

But hey! I don't like dogmatism, so I can admit to those things.

I and most of the people here do not like dogmatism either. Hope you enjoy
the Sagan book.
