There's no accounting for folk.
However I know of photographers who wander about the Southern Alps
filming the local wildlife
I went through a bunch of photographic web sites looking at photos
taken by different electronic cameras.
those photos on the web site should be a lot sharper and there should
be a lot more (even with the pause setting) as the bears move into the
area, check the bait and then leave.
