I want to offer an alternative explanation if I may.
I don't think it's a bear, looking at this even more.

Could it be like someone's pet orangutan or a pet
chimp or something that somebody may have let
loose and found it's way by the camera? The
photos are from Northwest Pennsylvania, near
large cities, like Buffalo, NY and Pittsburgh.
