looks like the US consumer does enjoy the benefits of international
free trade.

No. The US consumer at the low end of the socio-economic scale is fighting inflationary prices with stagnant wages.

Your std of living will come down crashing but for cheaper
goods/services from 3rd world countries.

Our standard of living has been coming down for decades, but your second sentence above contradicts your first, since the first sentence says we are benefitting from free trade but your second sentence says we are experiencing harm from this free trade.

You are full of contradictions.

it seems that  in the USA we appreciate free markets, with those
controls, and it has been good... then we tried to internationalize
free market philosophy beyond these ranges, **with no controls**....
and it is fast becoming a world wide disaster, as even the slaver
nations end up loosing ... no wages, no purchasing power, no economy
for anyone,

it could also be that the benefits of free trade have been
disproportionately garnered by vested interests in your countru (and
also others). Trickle down economics is about the rich growing richer
and trickling down more

Not more but less.

pennies to the dollar to the poor. American
companies have had a home run(the term is not used here -but since you
know it well, have cited it) in India -selling their goods/services
to Indian middle class.

India got a free ride based on strong dollar and weak Rupee, all helped by protectionist India and Reserve BAnk of India who devalued the Rupee for the last 3 decades at least.
