Is it any wonder that our society is plagued by a collective sense of entitlement? ("I want it, therefore I deserve it.")

Oddly enough, many of the "Universal Laws" violate fundamental principles such as entropy. Of course, believing that thermodynamic systems are never completely efficient is negative thinking, isn't it?
