Some of them actually do this. And, in the early 1990s, the neuvo rich in
Russia did have so much money they didn't know what to do with it except
light up cigars with big denomination Rubles.

Others, like Jeff Bezos (building a space port in Texas) and Paul Allen
(now owns two very large yachts) have all manner of silly projects.

OTOH everyone should have a hobby.

Then you approve of THEN gouging underlings so they can buy $1-2 million
sports cars so they can go out and crack them up?
