Cell-phone texting spelling. I hate it!

Marcos

We may be devolving. I just finished reading a book
on runes, and not only wasn't spelling fixed (a relatively
recent idea), the futhark (alphabet) changed over time,
and in fact in some areas dropped about 30% of the
letters leaving it difficult to represent certain sounds.

Cheers,
Russell

Hebrew is written without any vowels.

Learn something new every day. Actually, given the
way the pronunciation of vowels can change over time,
maybe that's an advantage.

Russell
