stress from police when driving

Today I did not go to work, because I felt too stressed at the
workplace. Instead, I took a sick leave day off. (I have two months
worth of sick leave days accumulated and unused). I went to the beach
to dispel stress.
I am driving an old car of the sports brand which acts on the road
police like a red cloth on the bull. I was driving home at a speed of
40 mph, turning around the corners without decreasing the speed. There
was a police car behind me. When I sharply turned just in front of
them, they perceived that I was trying to run away from them. They
started to pursue me. I turned sharply again -- this time into my house
drive-way, and went home. The police braked screeching the tyres, and
run to my place banging on the door. Having pondered for a while, I
decided to answer the door call. After deciding that they humiliated me
enough, the cops let me go with just a "warning". I felt stressed
again. Tomorrow I am going to work as if I had no stress-dispelling
break.
