If we can effectively adapt to the above then we can transition into a
third world nation in a congenial manner without too much social
upheaval.

I'd prefer an orderly transition so that we can become a happy nation
once again. I think this whole ownership society proclivity has
separated us into enclaves of haves and havenots which is the
underpinning of what separates us.

In the future, only those with millions in real cash and precious
metals, etc will be well off. Most everyone else will be poor and as
poor people, we should learn to get along and live harmoniously in
nature; think of Grizzly Adams or Johnnie Appleseed, a century ago if
you need a role model.

Nature is behind "No Trespassing" signs. It has been captured by the
haves already. And as illegals are coming in megalonomic proportion it
will be difficult to find a space for the car unless one learns how to
sleep and drive.

What really concerns me in this scenario is sanitation problems. Where
all those Huddled Masses are going to urinate?

Oh, yeah ( I just posted but have an after thought), forgot: some airport parking lots might be affordable on a daily basis (anyone know what typical per day fees are these days?)..
