What's interesting here is that Vietnam has a genuine historical gripe
with the US but it looks like things can turn around whereas KP's
passive-aggressive rage is mainly imaginary and based upon ignorance,
worn out economic theories, and his inability to deal with the fact
that his own society isn't the beacon of hope for the world either.


The american
consumer is the one who decides whether he wants something made locally
or assembled/integrated from stuff overseas.

No, just like the shareholders have no power. The consumer does not place
in the store the products. Its the executives who decide.

That's part of what I mean about ignorance and worn out economic
musings.
