I saw more on this topic and the important thing was either not in your quotes below, or was not mentioned at the URL you quoted. There is a lawsuit (class action) in progress, by the legal workers at Mohawk industries, against the company for hiring illegal workers and depressing wages (the typical, CEO-inspired, "screw-the-underlings" strategy). And, the legal proceeding is the RICO law. The first step is to see if RICO can be applied, since there is a question as to whether RICO was meant to be applicable in this case (there is a variable use for RICO as has been shown over the years, and not all cases brought under RICO are accepted by the courts). Its an important issue.
