Not exactly -they all have similar rule of thumb instead of being
programmed the same way. One guy I came across told me -the rule of
thumb with HR is to approve of a person who praises his past employer
at the new employee meeting. The Hr personnel may be different -but
their reading of the candidate is going to be identical if you follow
that rule of thumb. No wonder, most of them don't even have a science
degree.

Often, the HR types I dealt with posed questions in a manner similar to
the quiz at the bridge in "Monty Python and the Holy Grail", with
similar results if one answered incorrectly.

Many gave me the impression that they hadn't been out of school for very
long or had any idea of how real people behave. They were more
concerned about whether I could play well with the other kiddies or if
I'd graduated from a "Be Nice" course. Reality was something they avoided.
