No argument with you on any of that. At some point in the future, that
easy money for the overlings will start drying up. At that point,
panic may set in. What that will look like and who will get hurt the
most is open for speculation.

Won't happen if CEOs outsource/offshore board functions first. But, as long as boards are in bed with CEOs, nothin' gonna happen.
