I found out this past weekend. I went to a local electronics shop to
buy some parts for an antenna I'm building. I took along a large
variable capacitor for it as I wanted to get some knobs and, when I took
it out, the sales attendant asked me what it was.
I felt like I had an antique with me.
You did. Gads, man, that's ANALOG technology! NOBODY
uses that anymore. ;-)
