Public Notice for Diana Napolis

A Federal lawsuit has been filed against the following parties:

Michael Aquino, Carol Hopkins, Michelle Devereaux, Lesley
Wimberly, Dr. Elizabeth Loftus, Tani Jantsang, Mark Sauer, and
David Copley of the San Diego Union -Tribune. These parties are
being sued for Libel, Defamation, Conspiracy to violate
Plaintiff's First Amendment Rights to Free Speech, Invasion of
Privacy, and Conspiracy. Eight months after the Plaintiff's
identity was revealed in the newspaper, 9/24/00, and to the
present, she has been subjected to torture and terrorization via
nonlethal technology.

If anyone is aware of where Michael Aquino, Michelle Devereaux,
Lesley Wimberly, and Tani Jantsang can receive legal service,
please send an email with that information to:

Legal action may be pending against Scott Locklin, Peggy Nadrama,
Peter Gilmore, Robert Menschel and his "wife." If anyone is aware
of what the name is of Mr. Menschel's wife, please send that

Ms. Napolis is representing herself in Federal Court.
Ms. Napolis will only correspond to the attorneys or
representatives of the above parties.

The local police have been notified about who the parties are in
this lawsuit for the protection of Ms. Napolis.

Obviously another nut case. The idiot wants people to turn others
in to her but she does not want to speak to them only their
attorneys. I believe this person has or is undergoing psych
treatment by court order, no one posted anything about her being
declared sane that I have seen. So where did she get her money to
file? From the welfare program?

So where is the case number or is this just another lame hoax?

It's certainly a joke, but unfortunately it's no hoax.

This should feed Linda for a long time (well, at least until it gets
thrown out)

What odd timing, tho. No one even comes to spp anymore.

Are Karen Jones and Diana Napolis the same person?


I don't know. I doubt it, but couldn't say for sure. I actually rarely
stop by here since Linda turned it into her own personal k00kspace...
