For purposes of Hire and Fire, a Psychologist, Social Worker, Physical
Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Recreational Therapist would never be
able to hold the position of Nursing Co-ordinator, but a Psychiatric
Technician/ RN can.
Ergo, you are not the boss.
